Subscribe and Save FAQ
Introducing the brand new subscribe and save option to Drylife! We aim to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible - and with 'Subscribe and Save' it doesn't get any easier.
On select products across our website we are introducing the option to have a subscription to your favourite product whilst saving you 10% every time! Simply select the 'Subscribe with discount' option when adding a product to your cart, and select the frequency that best suits you.
Once you have done this simply checkout and your subscription is made. This means you don't have to worry about a thing, as you can rely on us to get your products delivered without lifting a finger!
Subscriptions can be managed in your account and can be adjusted or paused at any time.
Are all products available on Subscribe and Save?
As this is a new feature we are aiming to make as many products available for Subscribe and Save as possible. We will be updating the list of products regularly so if you don't see what you want right now, that doesn't mean it won't be available in the future! However not all products will be able to have this option and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How much will it cost?
Subscriptions are completely free and will give you a 10% discount on the store price at that time. No added fees or minimum term contract included.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Subscriptions work with both debit and credit cards. During checkout please ensure you tick the box labelled ‘Save card for future purchases’. The card details you enter will then be saved and used for all future subscription orders. Other payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Payments are not currently supported.
Can I edit or change my payment method?
Yes, you can amend your payment details at any time by going to Account > My Saved Cards. From here you can amend or delete your saved cards. If you remove a card that’s linked to a subscription you’ll need to add a new one and then update your subscription by going to Account > Subscriptions.
How long do subscriptions last?
Your subscription will run as long as you let it. You will receive regular emails to keep you up to date with where your subscription is at and when you can expect your next delivery.
When will I get my order?
Your first order will be like any other you make on Incontinence Shop - it will be delivered with the delivery method you have chosen. The subsequent orders will be delivered in intervals from this delivery date. Form example if you order and select '4 Weeks' as your interval, the next delivery will be 4 weeks from this date.
What is the delivery cost?
The cost and method of delivery for each subscription order is the same as non subscription orders. This means you can take advantage of any existing delivery offers. More information can be found on our dedicated delivery page.
Can my order frequency be adjusted?
Yes! Within your account you can adjust your subscribe and save preferences as much as you like.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Go to Account > Subscriptions and you can control all of your subscriptions and pause/cancel when necessary.
Can I have multiple subscriptions and if so will they be delivered together?
Yes! You can have as many subscriptions as you like. Any subscriptions that fall on the same date, uses the same address and delivery method will be shipped together and charged a single delivery fee. It’s the perfect way to make extra savings! As we have multiple warehouses you may find your orders arrive by different couriers on different days.
