Delivery Information
If you order before 3:00pm Monday - Friday your goods will be despatched the same day when choosing 'Express Delivery (Next Working Day)' delivery. When choosing 'Standard Delivery (Monday - Saturday)', your goods may not be dispatched on the same day but will usually be delivered within the estimated timeframe shown. Please see our current shipping options below. All items are sent in discreet packaging with no logos on display. The return address and debit/credit statement will show "IncoShop Ltd". All prices exclude VAT.
Please note: Bank holidays are non-working days. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. There may be a delay in shipping and collection times.
Collection
You can collect your goods from us during our opening hours. We have a location in Bolton (BL3 6DG). We recommend you order your goods online or over the phone before coming to store to avoid disappointment if we are out of stock. If you want to order in store we will try our best to meet your needs.
