The unopened pack may be warmed up in a microwave (750W) for 30 seconds. Heat one single pack at a time. Carefully open the pack and bathe the patient using a mitt for each separate area of the patient. To refresh the patient, mitts can also be used cool. Dispose of used mitts carefully.
